Wine review: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon with 5% Viognier this certified organic winery produces outstanding quality at reasonable prices offering classic cabernet flavors of fresh herb, olive, cedar and cassis. Focused and intense with a charming rustic side and broad tannis that firm up on the finish.
My review: Dark red and blackberry red color. Coffee, mocha, caramel, and hint of petrol on the nose. It was very hot, spicy, and dry. Full bodied wine with very smooth finish. Spiciness and smoothness was well balanced. It will go really well with any meat dishes with medium sauce or any Asian spicy dishes.
