Tasting - Chambourcin Dry Rose

Chambourcin Dry Rose
Chambourcin
Virginia
2011
$17.99
Wine review: This Chambourcin immediately captivates the senses with rich aromas of plum, blackberry, raspberry, and spices. On the palate, it displays notes of blueberry and blackberry, accentuated by a bright acidity and a clean, soft finish. Aroma: Plum, blackberry, raspberry. Palate: Subtle spice, blueberry, blackberry. Finish: Bright, clean, soft.

My review: Lignt and clear pink color. I was able to pick up banana aroma on the nose. Hint of lemon and zesty on the palate. Also it was dry with flavor of fruits, such as strawberry and blackberry. Light body with medium sweet and clean finish. This win will pair well with ham, sausage or chocolate covered strawberry.
