Wine review: Subtle aromas of mint, lemon and orange, with a hint of honeysuckle. Dry, understand and focused, offering clean citrus and melon flavors and slow-building sweetness. Finishes dry and brisk, with an echo of lemon.
My review: Light and pale yellow color. Citrus and lemon peel on the nose. Light body with slight hint of lemon aroma hits the palate with smooth, clean, and short finish. Also, this wine has light spicy kick to it on the mid palate. Well balanced between spicy and acidic components will go well with pasta dishes with light cream sauce or even tomato sauce. Any light cheese with fruit will go well too.
