Wine review: Well-balanced flavors of dark berries and plums. Spicy fruit finish
My review: Dark and purple red color. Strong black pepper his the nose and it lasts quiet a while. Black pepper, blackcurrant, and black berry hit the palate with strong aroma. Medium body with medium finish. I was able to pick up buttery felling on the palate throughout the entire palate even after the finish. However, the finish was very smooth, buttery smooth! It will be well paired with heavy creamy pasta with seafood or greasy red meat steak or baby back rip bbq with bbq sauce.
